Repairs typically take one to three weeks, depending on the extent of the work involved. This does not include shipping time. We'll give you an estimated timeline when you book your service.
You can drop off your glove in person in Oakville, Ontario, or ship it to us from anywhere in Canada. Book a service and we'll confirm all the shipping details with you before you send anything our way.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your glove is ready for pick-up or ready to be shipped back to you.

No deposit is required to get started. Full payment is due before your glove is returned to you.

We've worked with virtually every glove we've come across. If a repair is unlikely to be cost-effective given the glove's condition, we'll tell you honestly and suggest some alternatives based on your needs and goals.

We're based in Oakville, Ontario and offer in-person drop-off and pick-up throughout the greater Golden Horseshoe region. Customers across Canada are welcome to ship their gloves to us.
Yes. If you've shipped your glove to us, we'll ship it back once the repair is complete. We'll confirm all the details — including return shipping — before you send your glove our way.
